Twitter Profile Picture & Design

Twitter profile pictures will be used in a variety of sizes, but a user can always click on the small size in order to see the full-size version. While you can use the default picture below, it is recommended you use the customizable photo version, or simply a nice close-up photo of yourself or subject matter as your Twitter profile picture.

Customizable Profile Picture Templates (Do not use with default image below. Requires customization). Right Click (PC) or Control-Click (Mac) to Save and Modify in Adobe Photoshop or Photoshop-compatible (layers) application. DO NOT ALTER ANY LAYER EXCEPT ‘PHOTO’. After custom photo insertion, save as high-quality JPG for use on Twitter.

Twitter Background. Right Click (PC) or Control-Click (Mac) to Save to you local drive. Then, in Twitter, choose ‘Change Background Image’ under ‘Settings > Design’, browse for this background image, and then be sure to select ’tile background’.
