This week we are running a special on pre-cut sides of beef. They will be on sale for $2.00/lb. (regular $2.69/lb.). This is over $275 in savings on a side of beef. The sides range in weight from 375 lb.- 435 lb. These sides are high quality, specially selected, and have been dry-aged for over 30 days.  Steaks are 1 inch thick, roasts are 3 to 4 pounds, and ground beef is lean in 1 pound packages. Prices are good while supplies last or August 25th.
