Get Your Plate in Shape!
March is National Nutrition Month and this year’s theme is getting your plate in shape!
Before you eat think about what you put on your plate. Try filling half your plate with fruits and vegetables. Make half your grains whole. Switch to fat-free or low-fat milk and vary your protein choices.
