On the left pane, under Post
Choose Add New
Enter Page Name in title box
Input content into Edit box
Choose/add a category or leave as Uncategorized

To receive comments about your post:

Below the Edit Post’s body, in the Discussion area, check the Allow Comments and Allow trackbacks and pingbacks boxes.
Publish the Post
