COLLEGE STATION, TX (May 10, 2010)—The inaugural cohort of the newly developed AgriLife Advanced Leadership Program convened at the Hilton College Station and Conference Center on May 10, 2010. Dr. Mark Hussey, Vice Chancellor and Dean for Agriculture and Life Sciences, welcomed members of the cohort, while former Texas A&M University Head Football Coach (1989–2002) R. C. Slocum was the featured guest speaker. The event showcased an overview of the 18–month program, and gave participants the opportunity to meet their colleagues.
