Power Up With Breakfast

Breakfast gives you energy to start your day. It is a simple as making a package of instant oatmeal with a half cup of skim milk, sprinkled with chopped walnuts and sprinkled with raisins. In a hurry?! Spread one tablespoon of peanut butter on a piece of whole wheat bread with slices of bananas.
