2. Certified Food Manager One-Day Certification Education

Cost: $115.00

Description: This food safety education will educate you with the latest in food safety principles and practices and will help educate you for the Certified Food Protection Manager examination. This education is a review of food safety principles for those who have previously attended a training or have a solid understanding of food safety. The cost of this education is $115.00 and includes the certification examination and resource materials.

3. Food Manager Examination – Test Only!

Cost: $65.00

Description: A Certified Food Protection Manager examination is offered. Some counties offering education also open the test time for those wishing only to take the examination. The test-only option is recommended for those with a strong food safety background. The cost of $65 includes the certification paper-based examination only.
