Leader Award
* Attend 75% of club meetings
* Attend and assist in leading 2/3 of meetings of a project in one year
* Attend 1 training and/or attend 2/3 of County Managers/Leaders meetings
* Attend 1 District or State 4-H activity within three years
* Assist with 1 club or County 4-H fund raiser per year
Club Manager
* Must attend 90% of club meetings
* Attend 1 training and 75% of County Managers/Leaders meetings
* Attend 2 District or State 4-H activities within 3 years
* Assist with 2 club or County 4-H fund raisers per year
