The District 12 4-H Food Challenge is unique opportunity for a team of 4-H members to put their knowledge and skills in foods, nutrition, safe food handling, teamwork, and public speaking to work. This relatively new event mimics some of the “Iron Chef” concepts while soliciting application of those skills 4-H works to develop in its members.
