council The 2016-2017 District 12 4-H Council elected its new officers at the District 12 4-H Election Convention on June 24, 2016.  The Council is represented this year by ten elected officers and two delegates from each of the nineteen counties represented in the district.  Look below for a variety of resources about the District 12 4-H Council.
