Logos and Wordmarks

EPS and TIF files are best used for print publications, while JPG and PNG are optimized for use on websites. Both EPS and PNG files can be used when you need the background to be transparent. Right-click (or control-click on a Mac) to download desired version.

Email Signatures

Always use an email signature that includes your appropriate agency in addition to your unit name.

Do not use your agency logo, any other art, favorite quote, or other non-signature-related text in your e-signature.

Use a plain text type, such as Helvetica, Arial, Cambria, or Times New Roman, in black. The following signature types are recommended:
