Youth opportunities abound at this large exposition. From livestock project exhibition to youth calf scramblers, horse show events to hobbies and craft shows, scholarship programs to youth leadership opportunities. Most entries are due during the latter part of August with the “big event” itself scheduled for early October. Validations of market animals occur throughout the spring and summer months for this show. Details are available through local 4-H clubs, the county 4-H office or even the county fair office.
