Brazoria County 4-H Council Each club should send their Council Delegate, Vice President, and Club President to the monthly County Council Meetings. Any 4-H member is welcome to attend. Meetings are held the 4th Monday of each month September through May except for December; some weeks may not be the 4th Monday due to holidays – see schedule below. All meetings are held at the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension office of Brazoria County, located at 21017 CR 171 in Angleton.
