12 Week Exercise and Nutrition Program
Purpose statement: To promote lifestyle habits that encourage a healthy weight such as physical activity and healthy eating.
Program Outcome Goals:
- Participants will lose weight.
- Participants will increase physical activity.
- Participants will use the new MyPlate in meal planning.
- Participants will increase their intake of fruits and vegetables.
Fee:
- $45 per person

January 23rd: Class 1: Kick-Off Event; Zumba Exercise Class
January 30th: Class 2: Nutrition Class
February 6th: Class 3: Exercise Class
February 13th: Class 4: Nutrition Class
February 20th: Class 5: Exercise Class
February 27th: Class 6: Nutrition and Exercise Class
March 5th: Class 7: Nutrition Class
March 12th: Class 8: Exercise Class
March 19th: Class 9: Nutrition Class
March 26th: Class 10: Exercise Class
April 2nd: Class 11: Nutrition Class
April 9th: Class 12: Exercise Class
*All classes take place from 6:00pm-7:00pm at the Harris Community Center*
