I love this time of year. It’s a promise that change is coming. Yeah for fall!! Ok, on to my topic. Reimbursement forms, yes, what a great way to stay organized. As your community projects, monthly meetings and many other fundraising ideas come to mind, also keep in mind when you come to hand in receipts that the Extension office will have you fill out a expense reimbursement form to keep all records straight. So, say you plan a community project with your club and you have some expense that went with it, you will need to fill out a form with all receipts for that specific event to the Extension office. Paper trails are still a very effective way of record keeping. Thank you for implementing this in your program. I will also attach the form in an email along with my blog topics.
