Residential Water Conservation
Please make plans to join us for an informative presentation tomorrow evening, Tuesday, May 12th from 6-8 p.m. at the Mansfield Park Rec Center. Topics will include:
Landscape Irrigation and Greywater Use – Dr. Calvin Finch, Director of the Urban Water Program for the Texas A&M Institute of Renewable Natural Resources in San Antonio
Water Conservation Techniques for Inside the Home – Morgan Ayers, BCRAGD
Native Plant Selection and the Use of Raingardens – Native American Seed, Junction
The program will be worth 1.5 hours of General CEU credit and a meal will be served. Registration is $15/person. If you plan on attending, we need confirmation to the Extension Office 830-796-7755 ASAP. If we don’t get a minimum number of attendees by later today, we may be forced to cancel the program.
