You need to take the TDA General Standards and LPC exams.  There are three manuals covered on the exams, the General (B-5073), the Laws and Regulations (B-5056), and the LPC (B-1509).

You must also attend a TDA Predator Management Training Session that includes Livestock Protection Collar Training.
